Instagram Stories, GIPHY integration, Schedule as separate posts and more

May has been a busy month for the product development teams here at Agorapulse. We have been working hard to bring new improvements to the platform and we’re excited to share them with you below.

Publish Instagram Stories

Stories are one of three post types that Instagram provides to users. It’s an essential element for ensuring a significant presence and improving organic growth on the platform.

We’re happy to break the news: you can now seamlessly auto-publish Instagram Stories directly from Agorapulse’s Publishing Composer.

Please note:

• Due to API limitations, adding text effects or stickers to your Story posts is not available. To add these to your post, you may schedule your Story post from Agorapulse, and enable the Publish via mobile notification option.
• Only one image or video can be published at a time as a Story. This is also an API limitation set by Instagram. We’re looking for solutions to address this.

Use GIFs in Social Media Inbox, powered by GIPHY

Agorapulse now supports direct integration with GIPHY! You can now share your favorite GIFs in comments and direct messages easier and faster.

To use the new Giphy integration, simply click on the “GIF” button in the comment or direct message composer, and search for the perfect GIF.

No need to switch between tabs to make your social media conversations more entertaining and engaging.

Customize Reels cover

You can now customize Instagram Reels inside the publishing composer. Simply use the thumbnail picker to change the cover of your Reel by either choosing a frame from the video or uploading your image.

Schedule as separate posts

Our latest improvement offers an even more flexible scheduling experience. The “Schedule as separate posts” feature allows you to choose whether you want your posts to remain grouped together or split into separate posts. This way, you can get approvals from external Shared Calendar users who may have access to only certain social networks within an account.

This feature also makes editing scheduled posts a breeze. Head over to Calendar view and easily select the post you want to edit.

Publish TikTok videos up to 10 minutes long

Agorapulse now supports longer-length video publishing for TikTok. You can directly publish TikTok videos for up to 10 minutes using the publishing composer.

Connect personal TikTok accounts

You can now connect your personal TikTok account to Agorapulse and enjoy scheduling videos, managing interactions, and analyzing reports all in one place.

Bulk assign and approve

As always, our goal is to assist you in saving time and enhancing your productivity while working on your social media marketing campaigns. Because of that, we’ve recently introduced another improvement in the publishing experience: the new Bulk Assign and Bulk Approve features.

Now you can easily assign or approve your posts in bulk in the Calendar list view.
