Squashing Bugs Like Nobody’s Business (v. 7.15)

Man, I wish it could be Christmas every week — whereby I’m able to offer you a great new feature or improved usability of a particular function on Agorapulse.

This is just not one of those weeks.

That’s not to say that we’re away from our desks. Our dev and QA team have been rather busy squashing bugs to improve the performance of what you do each day on our li’l social media marketing tool.

🐞 BUG FIXES🐞

Facebook conversations sync. Some users have faced an issue when old images were synced as new Conversations (PMs) or new conversations were created for users for whom there already was a thread. This should be fixed now.

Facebook login token. If you had your Agorapulse login page open for a while (15+mins) and then tried to log in, you might have received an “invalid Facebook token” error. You shouldn’t see that anymore.

Status of replies in PM/DM. When an admin replied to a comment or post in a private message, we did not indicate that the message was sent.(We showed “Reply in progress.”) We now list the message as sent when an admin views the detail of that message.

Our Twitter Report Card. Our free Twitter Analytics tool was stuck on fetching data after a user connected her/his Twitter account. Fixed. (BTW, I’ve been in love with this tool from Day One. Try it and let me know what you think.)

Restarting a free trial. If a user tried to restart a free trial of Agorapulse, s/he might have received an unusual error message and couldn’t restart that trial. This has been fixed.
