Unified Calendar, Twitter Sync Updates (v8.60)

Unified calendar. In the first of several unified features we will roll out over the next year, we now offer a unified calendar on Large plans +. (Medium users will use the calendar that they already have).

To customize your unified publishing calendar, select multiple profiles on the left and view all their posts for in one calendar. No more switching between multiple profiles to see what has been and will be posted!

Find the calendar by clicking the new Publishing Calendar icon. Try it here.

New location of scheduled/queued posts. To view lists of your scheduled and queued posts, select the new Publishing Content icon. Here, you will have to view your future content social profile by social profile.

Real-time display of organization members online. See which of your teammates are online and which profiles they’re currently working on in the lower left-hand corner of the dashboard. This updated feature gives you more real-time insight into your team across social profiles.

Twitter sync frequency

Based on your subscription plan, your Twitter profiles’ incoming inbox activities will be synced with the following frequencies:

  • Medium: 2 hours
  • Large: 1 hour
  • X-Large: 30 minutes
  • Enterprise: 5 minutes
  • Profiles with no inbox activity in the past 7 days: 24 hours

These changes only impact Twitter mentions. Direct messages will continue to be synced every 5-10 minutes.

We fixed a few issues with our Chrome Extension and performed other changes to make managing social media even easier with Agorapulse.
